This week an old friend, Steve Luttig, returns as guest host, and he and the Squatch put the spotlight on two great bands! First up: a look at a classic German Prog outfit, the Eloy! In the second half of the show the guys delve a little into the career of Prog Super-Group, Transatlantic!
Eloy is a German progressive rock band, whose musical style includes symphonic and space rock, the latter theme being more prevalent on earlier albums.
Transatlantic is a multinational progressive rock supergroup consisting of Neal Morse (ex-Spock’s Beard), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings), Pete Trewavas (Marillion) and Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater).
